In order to advance to the next tier you need to seduce the Mythic card to 5 stars. In each stage you can get 2 cards - one mythic and one legendary card. In Smutstone game there is a daily tournament with 5 stages or tiers where you can get a total of 10 cards that belong to the 3 main sets of cards (the P,N and F), plus another 2 sets that are harder to get and not as useful as the first 3 main sets.
